  • Between 30 days to 20 days of travel date 30% of the total package cost

What To Expect

Day 1: Darjeeling

Arrival at Darjeeling & Check in at Hotel. After lunch visit local Darjeeling-The Mall, Mahakal temple, Raj Bhawan, Nightingale Park on a walk. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 2 Darjeeling

Wake up early in the morning at 3 am. Take morning tea, and drive towards Tiger Hill for mesmerizing Sunrise. Later on the day, you will explore Darjeeling Surrounding, as follows by full day:

  • Sunrise from Tiger Hill, Ghoom Railway Station, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Dali Monastery, Japanese Temple, Peach Pagoda, The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Everest Museum, Himalayan Zoological Park, Tea Garden, Tibetan Self- Help Centre, Tenzin and Gonbu Rock. (Sightseeing based on time limit)

Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3 Darjeeling-Gangtok (Sikkim)

After having breakfast at Darjeeling, we will drive towards Sikkim’s capital city Gangtok.

On the way we will visit as follows:

  • Lama Hatta Eco Forest Village, Confluence of Rangit and Teesta River, Teesta Road and Rail Bridge, Rumtek Monastery

In evening after refreshment, we will visit Mahatma Gandhi Road (The Mall) on a walk. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 4 Gangtok (Sikkim)- Tibet Border & Nathula Pass

After having breakfast drive to enjoy the day Towards Tibet Border. On the way we will visit, The Historically Significant Nathu La pass (Tibet Border), Baba Harbhajan Singh Ji Mandir, Tsomgo Lake (Chhangu), Hanuman Ji Mandir. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 Departure Day

After having breakfast at Gangtok, you will Check out for onward journey.

  • The best time to visit is from March to June (spring-summer) and September to November (autumn). During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the skies are clear — perfect for sightseeing and mountain views. Winter (December to February) offers snow in some parts of Sikkim, while the monsoon (July to August) can bring heavy rain and landslides.

  • The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport (IXB), about 3 hours from Darjeeling and 4-5 hours from Gangtok, Sikkim’s capital. You can also take a train to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) and hire a taxi from there. Private cabs and shared jeeps are common for traveling between towns.

  • Yes, certain parts of Sikkim (like Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake, and North Sikkim) require special permits, which can be arranged through registered travel agents. Indian nationals need an Inner Line Permit for some areas, while foreign nationals require a Protected Area Permit.
